AI policy matters. But fluency is built through everyday practice: better questions, well-designed assessment, confident colleagues and students who can explain their judgement.
01 · Selected impact
I lead a 110+ colleague knowledge-sharing network, contribute to Arden’s AI Strategy Working Group and help staff move from curiosity to confident, responsible practice.
My work reframes assessment for an AI-aware world: rewarding judgement, process and evidence while using simulations and active learning to make business education more applied.
I lead lecturers across two campuses, coordinate delivery at scale and use feedback, analytics and structured coaching to strengthen quality, confidence and continuity.
